The hilmor Orbital Flare Kit has everything required to produce quality flares again and again. The kit comes with hilmor’s large diameter tubing cutter for easy kink-free cuts, a deburring tool to smooth everything out, and of course the Orbital Flare which is built to create the perfect flare quickly and accurately every time. Orbital Flare Kit contains the Orbital Flare with 1⁄8” to 1-3⁄8” Tubing Cutter and Pen Style Deburring Tool.

• An off-center mounted cone spins on an axis to effectively produce quality flares.
• A clutch mechanism stops the flaring when the job is done.
• A clothespin-inspired, spring-loaded block grips the tube securely.
• A tube-stop arrow slides to set correct height and positioning, while ball detents allow for easy flaring cone alignment.
• A unique, four-roller tracking system keeps the tube from threading.
